Clovis Rodeo Association Credential Requests 2010

The Clovis Rodeo Association appreciates your interest in covering the 96th Annual Clovis Rodeo, April 22-25, 2010. The Association reserves the right to grant or refuse media access. You will be contacted prior to the event with confirmation of your credential request. Credentials must be available for review by authorized personnel at all times while on the Clovis Rodeo premises.

You may use the .pdf media credential request form to secure your Clovis Rodeo credentials or submit all necessary information on company letterhead. Please follow these guidelines when making your credential request as an accredited news agency:

  • Each media outlet is encouraged to make one request for the needs of their organization. We recognize the names of reporting crews may change the day of event. Please fill out the information to the best of your abilities and advise the rodeo's media director as changes occur.
  • Media outlets are encouraged to place their requests on letterhead. Please include the information requested in .pdf form along with the contact information, name and signature of the news director or editor responsible.
  • You must have verifiable editorial assignment from a recognized media outlet to attend as per PRCA and PBR media guidelines.
  • Media access for freelance photographers and/or freelance journalists without editorial assignment will not be granted.

All media visiting the Clovis Rodeo must have authorized credentials to cover the event. Please return your credential request to the Clovis Rodeo by April 10, 2010. If you have any questions or need additional information please contact Alfreda Sebasto at 559-291-0184 or alfreda@attglobal.net.

The Clovis Rodeo Association, Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and the Professional Bull Riding Association (PBR) must approve all media and freelance photographers. Un-credentialed, unauthorized, filming or photography of the event is strictly prohibited. All videos and photos taken at any PRCA or PBR sanctioned event belong solely to the sanctioning organization and cannot be sold.
